By accessing or using Probix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Probix provides AI-powered operations automation for freight brokerage, staffing, and restoration businesses, including automated calling, SMS, pipeline management, and reporting.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Probix is not liable for losses from your failure to secure credentials.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are charged at activation and are non-refundable. Monthly fees are due on the same calendar date each month. Non-payment may result in service suspension. All fees are in USD.
By using Probix calling and SMS features, you represent you have obtained all required consents. You agree to comply with the TCPA, FCC regulations, and all applicable telecommunications laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your outbound communications are lawful.
You agree not to use Probix to: violate any law; harass or defraud anyone; send unsolicited communications to non-consenting contacts; disrupt the Service; or reverse engineer the software.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant Probix a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
All Probix software, design, and content are owned by Probix and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant no license beyond what is needed to use the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PROBIX DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR ACCURACY OF RESULTS.
PROBIX'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. PROBIX IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Probix may terminate immediately for material breach. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
