We want Probix to deliver measurable results for your business. If you're not satisfied, we'd rather work through it than lose you — please reach out to hello@probixai.com before canceling.
Setup fees are non-refundable. These fees cover account configuration, integrations, onboarding, and the time invested by our team to get your account live.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
We may issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, including: verified service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours caused by Probix; or billing errors resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
Email us at hello@probixai.com with your account name, the charge date, and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, email hello@probixai.com or contact us via WhatsApp. We do not require a reason to cancel, but we appreciate feedback.
